I had read the testimonials before ordering online and have to agree with the level of positive feedback. Bought a pair of Gerbing G3 heated gloves for my husband. Arrived in 2 two days to the Scottish Highlands (at no extra shipping cost!!)...... thanks for the chocolate frog :)

I ordered an equestrian Hit Air vest after knowledgeable advice from Jessica. I was kept fully informed, a small piece of kit was not available with the main vest so I was given a free gas canister as a sorry, but the small piece arrived only 3 days later. Thank you Jessica, for your brilliant service and happy Christmas!

Excellent customer service from these guys, both in store and through the mail order system and the goods are always in pristine condition, even got a mars bar tucked away in there this time. Rest assured, I'll be back again for more.

Bought some Weise kit from Two Wheel - very friendly clothing store with no pressure to buy. Then found it cheaper in an internet sale - so TW refunded half the difference with no quibbles. So put that towards a set of gloves - mail order arrived the next day. I wish I lived nearer to these people - they are SO different from the large corporate chaiins I have to deal with down south. In a nutshell they seem to be genuine / honest with good old fashioned customer service.
