Not only was she friendly & efficient but went above & beyond the call of duty finding me any & all information I requested even when it meant having to contact the "States." Sometimes we are all too hasty to complain but never give credit where credit is due & I sincerely hope that these few words carry some weight when it comes time for a salary review.
