OUR TECHNICIANS:
Our technicians have many decades of hands-on experience and our fully-equipped workshops are well prepared to take care of your bike or scooter. Combining their years of experience with our access to unlimited Suzuki training, tooling and trouble-shooting, you'll find that our technicians are as fluent when working on groundbreaking machine technology as they are when working on bikes of years gone by.
One of our Senior Technicians, Terry Udall, has been with the company since 2003. He has a wealth of knowledge on all makes and models of Japanese and European bikes and a depth of experience that can only be gained by decades on the spanners. He knows his stuff!
Our other Senior Technician, Matthew Mallatratt, started with us as a Junior Technician in the 1990s. He has worked at various dealerships over his career, most recently as a Senior Technician at a BMW dealership. He brings with him all the benefits of his BMW training and experience, in addition to Japanese and other European brands.
OUR WORKSHOPS:
Across our three workshop bays we have four motorcycle benches, one quad bench and an MOT testing station with a viewing area. We also have a spacious storage area for your bike should it need to stay with us for a few days. Our workshops are equipped with all the tools required for working on your motorcycle or scooter, including Suzuki and Peugeot specific tools.
OUR MOTORCYCLE SERVICES:
We can service any make and model of motorcycle, though we particularly specialise in the main Japanese and European motorcycles. We fit genuine parts (unless specified otherwise) and charge a very fair rate for our time. We can perform services as required by the manufacturer (if your bike is still under its warranty) or, alternatively, if your bike is not still under warranty we can provide three "in-house" options for servicing your bike. We also repair motorcycles and provide all forms of general maintenance (e.g. tyres, chain, sprockets, seals). We can perform motorcycle MOT tests (often same-day), draft insurance estimates and perform all kinds of insurance repair work. Simply - we do it all!
If you're struggling for time, we'll also happily collect and deliver your bike for you. Our van is fully kitted to transport your bike safely and securely whenever needed.
