Suffice to say the customer service at TWC is second to none. Nothing was too much trouble (thanks Jess)? Buying online can, at times, be a hit or miss affair however, I ordered the wrong size for two separate items, exchanging for the correct size was easily and quickly carried out. It was nice to be made to like more than just a credit card at the end of a website.

Great service jess was a great help with sorting a different size jacket out for me, quick delivery and a nice touch wiv a free chocolate bar, would recommend to anyone

The service we received was truly outstanding. We ordered jackets for our two 12 year old sons and try as she might, Abi could not find one of them in the size we requested. Instead of sending one jacket without the other, which would have resulted in one extremely disappointed boy, Abi offered us a slightly dearer jacket at the same price.
She could not have done any more for us and she has ensured that we will be shopping with them again. We have already recommended the Two Wheel Centre to a couple of friends. Thank you so much Abi!!

the RST Paragon boots fit perfect, and arrived the next day which i was very happy, couldn't get any better boots than them as i have tryed many.

Very swift and efficient service. the original jacket I chose was out of stock in my size, two emails later and I had an alternative choice in my size, two days later the order is on my doormat - very pleased with the goods

Excellent communication from the guys at TwoWheel.co.uk, very friendly service. RST Raptor jacket arrived today and fits a treat. I would say I will be using again but I already have.....just ordered some trousers!! Highly reccommended for all your biking needs.
