Simply brilliant service from start to finish. I bought some Gerbing gloves which ultimately developed a fault, but the help and support I received (ultimately ending up in a replacement pair of gloves) was second to none. A special shout out to Jess who has quite possibly the nicest email manner you will ever come across!

Quite the nicest people you will ever deal with. I have now purchased two items- which arrived as quickly as humanly possible. When I had a slight problem-my fault It was dealt with with superb efficiency. Well Done!

I ordered the Rst Tractech Evo Textile Jacket, they didn't have it in my size but promised to have it the next day and despatch it to me immediately and they were true to there word. Jess was a delight on the phone and couldn't do enough for me. I had waited 6 weeks with sports bike shop and was constantly told it was a problem to get the jacket. I wish I had phoned two wheel centre sooner.
The dairy milk was a nice touch and happens to be my favourite chocolate.

It’s so nice to spend money and it’s worth every cent. Nothing is frustrating as when you pay good money but get bad product , whether you buy a steak in a restaurant or motorcycle stuff from TWC…..

I AM TOTALLY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PRODUCT AND SERVICE IS OUT OF THIS WORLD , Jessica always there answering my request and give straight honest feedback .

Helmet fits perfect due to your advice, delivered very promply (OVER THE EASTER WEEKEND, to Hong Kong!!! ) when mail delivery should be slowed down , took 2or 3 days door to door …..

You have a customer and friend for ever …!!!
