This was outstanding service for a pair of gloves i bought, the first pair i ordered were too small ( My fault really) but the chocolate that was send with it was tasty
I contacted aimee which helped me to get them changed. i must this was the best service i have had for a long long time, Thanks aimee, I just wish everywhere had the same attitude like these guys.

I would like to take this opportunity, to thank Jessica and all the staff at TWC for there help and assistance with obtaining and fitting parts for my CBR1000RR - 08. The major upgrades consisted of Pazzo Levers and a Taylor Made Exhaust, both of which I am extremely pleased with. The levers look and feel outstanding and are a huge improvement on the standard ones. They were only changed on recommendation from the staff, of which I'm very grateful. The Taylor Made exhaust was the biggest and most important modification for me. I had spent a great deal of time researching the systems currently available, a lot of which I was disappointed with the aesthetics. The new exhaust looks and sounds amazing, with a sleek and fluid design that compliments the bike extremely well. It has a growl that stirs the soul, grunting up through the rev range and popping as you ease off the throttle.

Overall; excellent products, outstanding service and a warming family feel welcome to the whole set up at the TWC shop. Cheers :-)

My new AGV Helmet was duly ordered and shipped out to me in Monaco in a matter of days, the parcel even included a Kit Kat, although I am not sure if that was part of the After Sales Service or someones mid afternoon tea break snack!!!
Would definately use them again, thanks Aimee!!!
