First used TWC to purchase an AGV Helmet about 9 months ago as you had a cracking deal on. My order was dealt with by Abi who kept me regularly updated on my order's process from Italy. I also needed an extra visor which she sorted and sent with the lid. Fantastic service.

I've just ordered Alpinestars jacket, track pants and a pair of Draggin' Jeans which arrived last week and are spot on. Again poor Abi had to deal with my fussy perfectionist taste and as a result helped with sizing, choices, and styles offering excellent opinions on design and performance. She went above and beyond contacting Alpinestars directly and even sourcing models which TWC didn't routinely stock.

This company - and in particularly Abi - are the pinnacle of prompt, friendly, and informed customer service, and if I could buy everything from my groceries to my wallpaper from this company then I would. A fantastic shopping experience on two occasions.

Quick delivery . excellent friendly communication over an out of stock part, hassle free substitution with my consent. All round a pleasure. The choc bar is a great touch and much enjoyed

Ordered 2-piece oversuit on 31/05/11. Suit arrived by normal post, 0930 hours on 04/06/11. Suit fits and is exactly what was required. Excellent product, fair price and first class service. Well pleased!!

placed an order for a new helmet which happened to be out of stock. but was kept updated by very friendly staff which was great. when it arrived i got a bar of chocolate which was a nice touch. so thanks to all at two wheel centre i would highly recomend to all my mates thanks very much

Needed to buy equestrian vest for daughter. Phone help was brilliant, and came back with measurements to ensure bought the right size. Vest arrived VERY fast (and with a free crunchie in the box!). Great service.

Ordered my new helmet on monday evening, called on the thursday to get a rough idea of when it would be despatched, it arrived on the friday. Customer service was excellent, very friendly, easy to deal with staff, who couldn't be more helpful. The flake was such a lovely touch, especially for a chocolate lover like myself. Will certainly recommend. Thank you

Ordered and received a Weise Buzz jacket from Two Wheel - excellent communication at all stages alerted me to delivery status. Dispatched very quickly and with a complimentary chocolate bar - thanks!! Jacket is absolutely fantastic - very pleased.
