The outer construction of the Spada Nodachi Trousers is a robust polyester hardshell, designed to withstand the intense friction of motorcycle accident scenarios and keep your skin safe from the road surface. Beneath the surface of the Nodachi trouser is a complete suite of CE Level 2 armour found at the knees and hips which helps to reduce the effect of the impact energy at these critical points. These armour pieces are fitted to dedicated armour pockets that feature a Velcro closure, meaning the armour is removable should you choose to. With the level of protection on offer, it's little wonder that the Spada Nodachi Trouser has received CE Level AA approval.
The exterior of the Spada Nodachi Trouser features a durable thermoplastic polyurethane liquid coating, which covers the entire exterior of this textile trouser to lock out the wet weather that you may find yourself exposed to while riding. This has been coupled with waterproof taped zippers at the central closure zipper and zipped ventilation openings at the upper thighs and rear legs, to minimise any chance of water seeping through a zipped area. But don't just take Spada's word for it. The Spada Nodachi Trouser has been submitted to and passed EN 343 testing, which is a standard used in PPE testing for prolonged exposure to harsh weather conditions. This testing assesses the protection against rain and wind while maintaining breathability and comfort from the trouser.
Storage opportunities are everywhere on the Spada Nodachi Trousers, with twin zipped pockets at the hips, small stash pockets, larger cargo pockets and concealed rear zipped pockets. Safe to say, you'll never run out of space for your phone, wallet or just about anything else. The waist is adjustable thanks to the inclusion of a bungee cord system, which allows the rider to tailor the Spada Nodachi trousers to suit their unique body shape. Additionally, the Spada Nodachi features belt loops should you choose to use a belt with these textile motorcycle trousers.

Spada offer an additional 12 months warranty to their standard one year if you register your purchase online, giving you a full two years’ warranty from the date of purchase of any Spada product once registered.
To ensure you're protected under the Spada Extended Warranty, please complete the Spada Warranty Form within 28 days of purchase. Please note: you'll need to hang on to your receipt to complete the registration.
