The perfect addition to your Spada Ascent V3 jacket, this matching textile trouser is constructed in the same soft feel high strength textile outer construction. The outer material is robust, durable and easily withstands the intense abrasion that you may experience in a slide across tarmac. This resilient outer material is furthered with additional ballistic textile material at the knees and seat, providing even greater strength at areas which typically experience the worst of the intense friction in accident scenarios. For improved strength, key areas of the Spada Ascent V3 Trousers are double stitched to minimise the chances of a failed seam which may leave your skin exposed to the road surface.

Protection continues beneath the surface with the inclusion of CE approved armour at the knees and hips, helping to greatly reduce the transferal of impact energy to these key areas. These armour pads are fitted to strategically placed armour pockets to ensure that these protective elements remain in the right place when they are needed most. The pockets feature a Velcro closure, which makes the armour removable should you choose to.

As with the jacket, the Spada Ascent V3 Trouser features twin removable interior linings. The waterproof breathable membrane is microporous in its construction. This waterproof membrane consists of a copious amount of microscopic holes that are small enough to prevent water entry into the trouser but large enough to allow water vapour (sweat) to escape from within, leaving you fresh and dry when you reach your destination.

As an additional layer of insulation within the Ascent V3 Trouser, you’ll find a plush quilted thermal lining, helping to keep your core temperature warm when riding in cooler conditions. This thermal lining is also fully removable, meaning you can strip this layer away and leave a lighter summer focused textile motorcycle trouser.

With both these interior linings removed, riders are free to make full use of the ventilation openings. These ventilation openings appear in the form of two zipped ventilation areas at the thighs, which help to channel cool air into the trousers while riding. These zipped ventilation points, alone with the two zipped waist pockets, feature waterproof taped zippers to help lock out the moisture from dampening your base layers should you get caught out in the worst of the weather.

Despite the hardwearing construction, the Spada Ascent V3 trouser remains particularly comfortable in part thanks to the accordion stretch detailing at the knees, which offers a full range of movement whether you’re on the bike or walking around at your chosen destination. Additional comforts come in the form of an adjustable waist belt, allowing the rider to tailor their new textile trousers to suit their body shape or accommodate any additional layers beneath.
