The Oxford Oximiser 3X Advanced Battery Charger is Oxford’s most powerful, comprehensive battery charger yet. Offering three automated charging programs for different battery sizes, the motorcycle battery charger can also be used as a car battery charger as well as other vehicles such as vans and quads too! The Oximiser 3X is suitable for all 12V vehicles batteries, including LITHIUM LifeP04 batteries.

The Oxford Oximiser 3X charger uses an 8 stage battery management system to ensure that you can get the most out of your battery.

8 Stage Battery Management System

• Polarity check – ensures that the battery leads have been connected correctly
• Battery analysis – assesses battery and determines the best charging method for your battery
• Soft start charge – controlled build up of charge current, ensuring discharged batteries are charged safely
• Bulk fast charge – Charges at a fast rate to bring the battery to approx. 85% capacity
• Absorption charge – Lowers the charge rate and gives a topping charge to ensure the battery is charged to 100%
• Voltage check – hourly voltage checks assess battery health
• Battery condition – LED lights indicate a weak or strong battery
• Maintain Mode – applies an appropriate charge if voltage drops outside acceptable limits to ensure that the battery voltage and conditions remain perfect.

The ‘soft-start’ charging system is used to improve the recovery of battery that have been considerably discharged, even those that have fallen as low as 8 volts, helping to bring your tired battery back to life. The intelligent charging system within the Oximiser 3X will ‘cycle-charge’ in an attempt to recover sulphated batteries too.

The new voltage sensors fitted in this battery charger will detect a high current drain and automatically change to the most suitable charging rate. With efficient charging in all modes, the charging times are kept short and reduces the power consumption from your mains sockets.
