The 600D polyester outer construction will feel familiar to many bikers. This hardwearing outer construction offers incredible resistance to abrasion and helps to minimise the chances of your skin becoming exposed to the road surface in the event of an accident. Beneath the surface of the jacket lies dedicated armour pockets which house CE approved armour at the back, shoulders and elbows as standard. These armour pads are strategically placed to ensure that the protective elements remain in the right place when they are needed most and help to dissipate impact energy away from these areas.

Protection from the elements is important for versatility, and as such the Weise Nashua Ladies Jacket features a waterproof membrane built into the jacket. This waterproof membrane is microporous in its construction, consisting of small holes that are small enough to prevent water ingress into the jacket but large enough to allow water vapour (sweat) to escape from within the jacket, leaving you feeling fresh and dry when you arrive at your destination.

As an additional layer of insulation within the jacket, the Weise Nashua features a thermal lining to help keep you warm in the cooler months of the year. This plush thermal interior lining can be easily removed with simple zippers, leaving a lightweight summer jacket when the temperatures increase.

With the thermal lining removed, ladies are free to make use of the built in ventilation openings. These ventilation openings can be seen in the form of two upper chest vents and two way zipper at the sleeves, helping to channel cool air directly into the jacket as you’re riding. Additionally, a rear exhaust vent at the upper back of the jacket allows warm stale air to escape within the jacket for a complete cooling experience.

In addition to the large accordion stretch panel found at the side of the jacket which helps guarantee a great fit, the Weise Nashua Jacket also utilises a Velcro upper arm adjustment and endless strap waist belt adjustment to help tailor the fit and feel of this ladies textile jacket to suit your unique body shape.
