The Weise Hydra Leather Waterproof Jacket from British brand Weise has been designed as a protective, all weather jacket which will suit sport and touring riders looking for a flexible jacket they can wear all year round.

The outer layer has been created with a carefully selected high quality Monaco performance leather that is between 1.2 and 1.4mm thick which offers the rider a tough layer of abrasion and impact protection in the event of an accident. Directly underneath the leather is the waterproof element of the jacket which has been created with the high quality Reissa™ waterproof lining and can be kept in or removed as is suitable for the requirements of the ride. Below this is a removable 120 gram thermal quilted waistcoat lining, to ensure your core is kept warm and insulated in the winter, and it can be taken out during the summer.

During the design stages of the Weise Hydra Jacket, Weise paid particular attention to ventilation, which has resulted in strategically placed open/close ventilation points at the chest and upper arms, with a further 'exhaust' ventilation point at the rear of the jacket. These vents allow air to flow in, circulate and exit the jacket, extracting hot air and helping to keep the torso cool. Simply close these waterproof vents in cooler/wetter weather to maintain some warmth within the jacket.

Beyond safety the Weise Hydra Leather Waterproof Jacket has been designed with the rider's comfort in mind, which provides both a safer and more enjoyable experience whilst riding your bike.

Both the collar and cuffs are edged with a soft neoprene trim, which creates a soft, comfortable buffer between the jacket and your neck/wrists. Neoprene remains comfortable even when it's wet, so whatever the weather, you can be sure the Weise Hydra Jacket will be comfortable to wear.

Retention is provided by a high quality, YKK® main zipper which is slightly recessed into the jacket's construction to ensure that the tank of your motorcycle does not become scratched over time. A smart leather closure tab is positioned at the top of the zip for a neat and tidy finish. The cuffs of the Weise Hydra Jacket also have a zipper closure with a neat Velcro® closure tab.

Two concealed pockets are positioned at the waist, each of which have a secure YKK® zipper closure and a soft leather flap to conceal them and prevent the metal zipper from scratching the tank.

Additional night-time visibility is provided by a 3M™ Scotchlite™ reflective piping which is positioned at both the front and the rear of the jacket. The Weise Hydra Jacket also benefits from both a 360° and 8 inch zipper to attach the jacket to any Weise jeans - or the matching Weise Hydra Jeans.
