The 600D polyester textile soft shell outer construction is robust in its nature, ensuring the longevity of the jacket for many seasons of comfortable and enjoyable riding as well as ensuring that the jacket easily withstands the intense friction that you may experience in an accident scenario. This hardwearing outer construction is backed up with protection from impacts, with a five-piece suite of CE approved armour at the back, shoulder and elbow as standard. With protection at this level, it’s clear to see how the Weise Axle Jacket achieves its CE approved status at AA standard.

A waterproof membrane within the Weise Axle Jacket helps to shield your base layers from the wet weather should get you get caught out in a rainstorm on your way home from college, work or anywhere else. This waterproof membrane is microporous, consisting of microscopic holes designed to prevent water from permeating past the membrane but large enough to allow water vapour (sweat) to escape, leaving you feeling fresh when you reach your destination. You’ll also find a removable thermal interior lining which provides an additional later on insulation when riding in cooler temperatures. This lining can be easily removed with a simple zipper system to leave behind a summer motorcycle jacket with a causal urban style.

Further the causal styling, the Axel Jacket features a fleece lined hood which is perfect for keeping your head warm and dry when you reach your destination. The hood is fleece lined too, helping to further insulate your head and make the Axel jacket a welcoming place to be. A first for a Weise textile jacket, the Weise Axel Jacket feature a small press stud at the back which marries up with a press stud at the hood. This press stud helps to keep the hood in place when riding at speed to stop the hood from flapping around. This hood is removable with a simple zipper should you choose to and is easily reattached when you need it.

Subtle reflective piping helps to accent the Axel Jacket without interrupting the casual styling, while helping to increase your visibility when riding in poor weather conditions or in low light scenarios. The jacket closes with a simple central zip closure and great fit is guaranteed with an elasticated soft hem and cuffs.
