The SP18 helmet from Spada is an ideal entry level helmet, whether you’re a seasoned rider or a rookie. The SP18 helmet is created from an impact resistant thermoplastic construction, with aerodynamic shaping to help reduce turbulence for a more stable helmet and a quieter, more enjoyable ride. The helmet has been thoroughly tested to meet European EC2206 standards, the latest in helmet safety standards.

The Spada SP-18 helmet features a clear outer visor as standard that features technical treatments. The visor is anti-UV to help protect your face from becoming burnt while riding in sunny climates and helps to decrease the chances of the visor become brittle over continued use in sunny weather. The visor also features an anti-scratch coating, helping to prolong the lifespan of the visor and limit the damage done by dirt, detritus and bugs that you may encounter while riding.

This full face motorcycle helmet also includes a retractable interior sun visor, which is deployed using a lever at the left side of the helmet to lower and raise the sun visor as you wish. This not only aids in the enjoyment of your riding, but is also a helpful safety feature. Airflow into the helmet comes from the upper and lower ventilation in the helmet, which can be opened or closed quickly and when required. The SP18 helmet also features a rear vent to effectively allow heat from the back of the helmet, cleverly using the rear spoiler to draw and expel the warm stale air from within the helmet.

The interior linings of the Spada SP-18 are removable and washable, allowing you to routinely remove these linings and clean them for a more welcoming environment for your head to spend the day in. Two Wheel Centre recommends washing your helmet linings by hand and allowing to dry naturally to avoid any potential damage to your helmet linings.

The quick release fastening system on the SP18 helmet is easy to operate, even with chunky winter gloves on, making the helmet ready to go at a moment’s notice. The SP18 helmet is available in a variety of colours and designs and in sizes XS to XL.
