The outer construction of the Spada Muramasa Trousers is a robust polyester hardshell, designed to withstand the intense friction of motorcycle accident scenarios and keep your skin safe from the road surface. Beneath the surface of these textile motorcycle trousers is a complete suite of CE Level 2 armour found at the knees and hips which helps to reduce the effect of the impact energy at these critical points. These armour pieces are fitted to dedicated armour pockets that feature a Velcro closure, meaning the armour is removable should you choose to. With the level of protection on offer, it's little wonder that the Spada Muramasa Trouser has received CE Level AA approval.

The exterior of the Spada Muramasa Trouser features a durable thermoplastic polyurethane liquid coating, which covers the entire exterior of this textile trouser to lock out the wet weather that you may find yourself exposed to while riding. This has been coupled with waterproof taped zippers at the central closure zipper and zipped ventilation openings at the upper thighs, to minimise any chance of water seeping through a zipped area. But don't just take Spada's word for it. The Spada Muramasa Trouser has been submitted to and passed EN 343 testing, which is a standard used in PPE testing for prolonged exposure to harsh weather conditions. This testing assesses the protection against rain and wind while maintaining breathability and comfort from the trouser.

Storage opportunities are plentiful on the Spada Muramasa Trousers, with twin zipped pockets at the hips and large waterproof cargo pockets with zipper fastenings and storm flaps. The waist is adjustable thanks to the inclusion of a Velcro waist belt system, which allows the rider to tailor the Spada Muramasa trousers to suit their unique body shape.
