The high density polyester textile material offers excellent durability, easily withstanding the intense friction that you may experience in a slide across tarmac, helping to keep your skin safe should the worst occur. The protection continues within the jacket with the inclusion of CE approved armour at the back, elbows and shoulders as standard. These CE approved armour pads help to effectively dispel impact energy, protecting the areas beneath and helping speed up your recovery times after an unfortunate spill. These armour pockets are strategically placed to ensure that the protective elements remain in the right place when they are needed most, but feature a Velcro closure to remove the armour should you choose to.

Protection from the elements is included too, with the inclusion of a waterproof membrane which is microporous in its construction. This waterproof membrane consists of a copious amount of microscopic holes that are small enough to prevent water entry into the jacket but large enough to allow water vapour (sweat) to escape from within the jacket, leaving you fresh and dry when you reach your destination. The Spada Cafe Flux jacket features waterproof taped zippers throughout, ensuring that these openings won't allow water to permeate into the jacket when the zippers are closed.

A soft feel neoprene collar helps to maximise your comfort by minimising irritation at a sensitive area, a useful feature whether you’re commuting to work, college or cruising around at the weekend. Additional comfort comes in the form of accordion stretch panelling at the elbows and shoulder areas, included to ensure that a full range of movement can be achieved despite the hardwearing and protective nature of this textile motorcycle jacket. Furthermore, two zippers at the rear of the jacket open a relief gusset for greater comfort at the waist when sat on the bike.
