Born from the ashes of the legendary Shoei X-Spirit 3, the new Shoei X-SPR Pro redefines it’s iconic predecessor with refined performance, aerodynamics, ventilation and more! Using feedback from top level racers in every class and country, Shoei have created the ultimate motorcycle racing helmet, bringing MotoGP level protection to your track day riding with ECE 22:06 approval and FIM Racing certification.

Shoei’s premium fibreglass appears on the X-SPR Pro, with their Advanced Integrated Matrix Plus (AIM+) technology offering six layers of fibreglass bonded with incredibly strong resin to maximise your protection in an accident scenario. Beneath the shell of the XSPR Pro lies a multi-density EPS listening, offering greater protection within the helmet by protecting your head from a variety of different impacts should the worst occur.

The new Shoei X-Spirit Pro is offered in four outer shell sizes (XS-S, M, L, XL-XXL), maximising comfort and performance when riding and making it easier to find the perfect fit for your head.

The aerodynamic outer shell of the X-SPR Pro has been a wind tunnel developed to offer superior aerodynamic capabilities when riding. While the outer shell of the new Shoei X-Spr Pro helmet is reminiscent of its predecessor, there have been 150 shape changes, showcasing Shoei’s incredible attention to detail during the development process of their new racing helmet. The most noticeable change is that of the new rear stabiliser area, helping to channel huge amounts of air past the shell of the helmet and keeping the helmet stable, even when travelling at 350km/h. You’ll also find the area at the lower part of the helmet to be narrow than before, offering even greater aerodynamics when riding on both the road and the track.

The new Shoei X-SPR provides greater vision than ever before thanks to the new CWR-F2 visor. This new visor offers a wider range of upper field vision and increased peripheral vision, granting the rider a greater awareness of their surroundings, even when riding at extreme lean angles. The visor also includes vortex generator tabs for even greater stability at speed, as well as tear off posts at the exterior of the visor and Pinlock insert posts at the interior. For continual clear vision, even in the coolest of conditions, the Shoei X-SPR Pro features a Pinlock Max Vision Evo lens, which when fitted to your visor will eliminate the misting of the visor, leaving your vision clear at all times.

This new visor also features a visor lock at the centre, which closes with a reassuring click each time you ride and helps to provide a greater seal at the helmet, minimising wind noise into the helmet when riding at high speeds. For your safety on track, the Shoei XSPR features a locking mechanism in the form of an easy to use slider. When engaged, this slider minimises the chances of the helmet opening in the event of an accident. This is coupled with the shield trigger lock on the base plates at the side of the helmet which minimises the chances of the visor being detached from the helmet base plates should an impact occur at the side of the head.

The ventilation within the Shoei X-Spirit Pro helmet has been fine tuned and offers incredible ventilation when riding in a tucked position, rewarding the track riders with continual cool air flow. The X-SPR Pro features seven ventilation inlets, as well as six air exhaust vents to maximise the airflow through the helmet, even under intense riding conditions. The number of ventilation holes within the helmet has doubled over the X-Spirit 3, offering even greater cool air distribution within the helmet. The innovative cheek cooling system carries over from the X-Spirit 3, keeping your cheeks cool where other helmets would not.

With an independently adjustable interior lining, the X-SPR Pro offers even greater customisation than ever before. Each pad acts as a pocket and can be customised to suit your unique head shape for greater comfort and stability on both the road and the racetrack. The cheek pads are 16.5% larger than the X-Spirit 3, but utilise the same multi-position feature, allowing you to customise the cheek pad position for increased stability when travelling at speed.

The Shoei X SPR Pro also benefits from the Emergency Quick Release System at the cheek pads. Shoei's focus on the highest safety standards is evident in the E.Q.R.S. emergency cheek pad removal system. In the event that the rider is involved in an accident, the emergency services can simply pull the red tabs underneath the helmet to remove the cheek pads. This ensures that the helmet can be removed quickly and safely, avoiding further injury.

Finally, the Shoei X-SPR Pro helmet closes with a double-D ring strap, a tried and tested helmet closure system that is tightened perfectly each and every time you ride.
