Protective motorcycle boots focus on immediate active protection in the form of a hard-wearing outer, impact cushioning and more. The RST Atlas boots take motorcycle safety one step further by incorporating huge amounts of reflective material into the outer construction of the boot, maximising your visibility and helping to prevent an accident from occurring in the first place.

The outer construction of these boots are constructed in a lightweight nylon construction for comfort and flexibility with hard-wearing natural leather overlays at the shin and heel, offering abrasion resistance at key areas for additional protection. These leather overlays are double stitched for improved strength of these motorcycle boots, as well as increasing the lifespan of your new bike boots. Attached to the nylon outer construction is an integrated dot matrix reflective material; this material looks unsuspecting during the daytime, however when a passing vehicle headlight catches the dot matrix areas, the properties of the material reflect the light back, increasing your visibility when riding.

The Hipora waterproof, breathable membrane found within the RST Atlas boots maximises the versatility of these boots, letting you ride in whatever the weather throws at you. This waterproof membrane keeps your socks fresh and dry while riding and thanks to the breathability factor, the membrane allows water vapour to escape from within the boots, keeping you dry from the inside out.

A reinforced toe box maximises the protection should the worst occur, as does the memory foam ankle support, cushioning the impact felt at this area and dispelling it away. In addition to these features, an anti-twist polycarbonate shank than runs through the sole of the boots stops your foot from twisting unnaturally, minimising the damage done to your feet in the event on an accident.

A hard-wearing, textured gear change pad prevents wear against the outer material as well as providing additional grip when changing gear and limiting the slipping on the gear lever when riding in wet weather. You’ll also find an anti-slip sole, perfect for the all-weather rider and limits your feet moving unnecessarily when you put your feet down to stop, walking through a petrol station and more. Within the boots is an antibacterial gel insole, maximising comfort when riding your motorcycle and walking when you arrive at your destination.

Finally, a long length zipper found at the inner helps with getting the boot on and off with ease and is covered by a leather overlay, helping to lock out the water entering into the boots and stopping the metallic zipper from scratching the paintwork of your bike.
