Offering a smart, retro-style motorcycle helmet with added flip front functionality, the HJC V90 helmet is a blast from the past with modern features for the perfect blend of the past and the present.

This HJC helmet utilises a lightweight composite fibreglass outer construction, designed to provide a super strong outer shell whilst retaining a lightweight nature. The outer shell is created in two sizes, helping provide a more comfortable fit without any unnecessary padding for an optimised riding experience. This fibreglass outer shell helps to soften impact blows thanks to its superior strength as well as helping to minimise neck fatigue which is a blessing for longer distance riders.

The large bubble style face visor helps complete the retro motorcycle helmet styling, whilst offering increased peripheral vision for safety on the road. The visor features a circular security mechanism to hold the visor in place, furthering the vintage appearance of this flip front helmet. As with many HJC helmets, the HJC V-90 features a clear outer visor as standard which has been treated with an anti-UV treatment to help protect your face from the harsh UV rays you may experience when riding in sunnier climates. You will also find a retractable interior dark smoke sun visor, which can deploy quickly and easily with a small lever located at the side of the helmet. This interior sunshield has been anti-fog treated to help limit misting up of the sun visor when riding in cooler conditions.

The ventilation on the HJC V90 retro helmet is subtle and helps to complement the vintage motorcycle helmet appearance. An upper crown vent can be operated with a simple switch to allow cool air to be channelled into the top of the helmet whilst a lower vent remains permanently open to maximise the cooling experience. This lower vent features a tightly knitted mesh covering which is matched at the rear extraction vent to help limit dirt, debris and other detritus from entering the helmet while riding. Thanks to strategically placed interior channels built into the EPS foam lining, the air can be efficiently channelled through the helmet for a complete cooling experience, a welcomed feature for summer bikers.

The interior of the helmet features a SilverCool fabric lining, which features an advanced antibacterial treatment and helps to provide enhanced moisture wicking functionality as well as being quick drying too. The linings at the visor aperture also feature a vintage, leather-look covering to maximise the vintage appearance of the HJC V90 helmet. The crown and cheek pads are removable and washable to help you prolong the fresh helmet feeling and includes a glasses groove to accommodate riders who wear glasses or sunglasses when riding. This helmet is also intercom ready and features dedicated pockets within the interior liner for your intercom speakers. Whilst the helmet is optimised for HJC smart intercoms, the HJC V-90 helmet can easily accommodate a wide variety of universal motorcycle Bluetooth intercoms.

Finally, this flip front helmet features a micro-buckle fastening system, which is simple to adjust and easy to operate even when wearing thick winter gloves.
