Sporty, aerodynamic and comfortable, the HJC F31 helmet is an affordable open face helmet for scooter riders, cruiser bikers and everyone in between. All you need in an open face helmet and more.

This HJC helmet utilises a lightweight composite fibreglass outer construction, designed to provide a super strong outer shell whilst retaining a lightweight nature. The outer shell is created in three sizes, helping provide a more comfortable fit without any unnecessary padding for an optimised riding experience. This fibreglass outer shell helps to soften impact blows thanks to its superior strength as well as helping to minimise neck fatigue which is a blessing for longer distance riders. The outer shell is aerodynamic, designed to reduce air drag for a smoother and quieter ride, while generating some downforce to keep the helmet planted when riding at higher speeds.

With three large front facing intake vents, the HJC F31 channels cool air directly into the helmet while you ride, while the large rear exhaust vents channel the warm air out through the rear of the helmet. The new HJC F31 helmet features a clear outer visor as standard with an anti-scratch treatment to help prolong the lifespan of your visor, granting clearer vision for longer. This visor is also Pinlock ready and features a Pinlock anti-mist insert included in the box as standard. The insert is easily fitted to the visor and helps prevent the misting of the visor for a time, leaving you with uninterrupted vision of the road. Even the visor mechanism has undergone changes on the F 31, with a new two way pivot ratchet system offering a smoother ratchet operation and improved visor sealing. This helps to lock out the wind noise and rain from entering the helmet while riding.

A retractable integrated sun visor is included to further your comfort and safety by shielding your eyes from bright sunlight while riding, and is easily deployed with a sliding mechanism at the lower left of the helmet. The position of the sun visor can be adjusted to suit your needs, moving the sun visor forward towards the chin bar of the helmet. This is done via a sliding toggle hidden beneath the left hand recessed cut out and moves the visor from its default position to 5mm further forward or 10mm further forward.

The interior of the HJC F31 isn’t just simple padding. The interior linings feature three-dimensional padding to offer the best in comfort and a snug yet comfortable fit. These pads feature an anti-bacterial treatment along with superior moisture wicking, drawing water away from your head when sweating and spreading this over a wider area for faster evaporation. The crown pad and cheek pads of the HJC F-31 are removable and washable, allowing you to prolong the fresh helmet feeling for longer. Two Wheel Centre recommends hand washing interior linings and allowing to dry naturally to avoid distortion or damage to your interior linings. The interior of the helmet also features recessed speaker pockets and recesses in the outer shell, designed to incorporate the latest in Smart HJC Bluetooth intercom kits.
