Created in a combination ABS thermoplastic and fibre composite construction, the Duchinni D985 helmet is very protective, with increased shell strength over a traditional polycarbonate motorcycle helmet whilst remaining lightweight and aerodynamic by design. Furthermore, the Duchinni D985 meets the stringent testing requirements for ECE 22:06 helmet safety standard, for complete peace of mind with your purchase. This motorcycle helmet also incorporates UV protection, helping to limit the deterioration process that the sun's harmful UV rays have on your motorcycle helmet.

This helmet features an aerodynamic outer shell, specifically designed to help air move effortlessly over and around the helmet for a quieter, more enjoyable riding experience. This Duchinni helmet features a clear outer visor as standard, treated with an anti-scratch coating that is designed to limit the scuffs and scrapes from road salt and other detritus you may encounter while riding. The visor is also Pinlock prepared, ready to accept an anti-mist insert which is available to purchase separately. A breath guard and chin curtain help to limit cold airflow from under the helmet and stop your hot breath from steaming up your visor on the inside, very helpful when riding in cooler conditions.

The multiple ventilation opportunities offer a brilliant amount of ventilation into the helmet, with a two upper crown vent and lower chin vent to capture huge amounts of cool air. This cool air is channelled effectively through the helmet via a dedicated grove built into the EPS lining that moves air through to the rear extraction vent.

The interior lining within the D985 helmet is fully removable and washable, allowing you to easily remove and clean your new motorcycle helmet lining, keeping your helmet feeling fresher for longer. Finally, the Duchinni D985 helmet closes with a simple buckle system, easy to operate even when wearing thicker gloves.
