Created in a full grain leather outer construction, the Duchinni Canyon boots are extremely hard-wearing and can easily withstand the severe abrasion that one would expect to experience in an accident scenario. These retro motorcycle boots are also double stitched in key areas, offering even greater protection from seam blowouts if subjected to intense friction. Additional protection comes in the form of toe and heel cup reinforcement, offering greater impact protection at these key areas. With the amount of protection on offer here, it’s little wonder than the Duchinni Canyon boots have achieved their CE certification rating.

The leather outer construction is dual layered above the toe, offering greater abrasion resistance at a key area whilst helping limit the wear and tear aspect that can occur thanks to repeated gear changes. The upper ankles feature an additional soft density insert that is leather covered to match the minimalist retro motorcycle boot aesthetic. Featured on both sides, this soft leather protection helps offer further impact protection whilst limiting the scuffing that can occur on your heel plates with a less forgiving material at this area.

Within the Duchinni Canyon boots you will also find protection from the elements too. A waterproof breathable internal membrane offers complete protection from any wet weather you may find yourself riding in. This waterproof membrane is also breathable, allowing water vapour (sweat) to efficiently escape from within the boot and leaving your socks fresh and dry when you reach your destination. Regardless of whether you’re at a local bike meet with friends on your classic motorcycle or commuting to work on your café racer, the Duchinni Canyon boots will keep you protected from the wet weather if you’re unfortunate enough to get caught out in it.

The use of an oil resistant rubber sole helps your traction on smooth surfaces and helps limit slipping, particularly on those pesky petrol patches at your local fuel filling station. The stepped heel on these vintage motorcycle boots completes the classic cool appearance, as does the front lace fastening which furthers the traditional appearance of these classic motorcycle boots. These laces can be used in conjunction with the zipper opening at the inside of the boot, which makes it even easier to get your Duchinni Canyon boots on and off. This zipper is covered with a small leather panel, ensuring that the entry zippers don’t cause any scuffs or scrapes while riding. Furthermore, inclusion of a matching leather rear puller tab makes getting the boot on even easier, a blessing for those with wider feet.
