Introducing the new Caberg Levo X, a premium modular touring helmet designed with both long distance riders and short distance commuters alike. Caberg are well known and revered for their flip front motorcycle helmets and are enjoyed globally by all types of riders due the fit, feeling and functionality of Caberg helmets. The Caberg Levo X helmet is no exception to the rule and is now certified to the latest in motorcycle safety standards ECE 22:06.

The shell of the Levo X is constructed from a tricomposite material; using a combination of fibreglass, carbon fibre and Kevlar, the Levo X helmet benefits from the advantages of all these materials. The fibreglass and carbon fibre elements within the helmet add strength and reinforcement throughout the helmet as well as keeping the weight down, a major advantage for the long-distance rider. The Kevlar layers aid in abrasion resistance while the multi-density EPS lining within the helmet aims to soak up the impact, reducing the damage done to your head in the event of an accident. Another advantage for the long distance rider is the fact that the Levo helmet has been wind tunnel tested, ensuring the aerodynamics of this Caberg helmet effectively channel air past the helmet and limit the turbulence felt at higher speeds or on long rides.

The visor of the Caberg Levo X helmet is elongated at the front, offering a greater field of peripheral vision without having to move your head. This elongated visor allows you to see the dashboard or clocks on your motorcycle much easier, an advantage to touring riders who may well be using satellite navigation system to navigate unknown territory, whether this GPS system is inbuild to the motorcycle dash or as an additional attachment at the handlebars. The visor is anti-scratch, limiting the damage done to the visor from road debris and is also quick and easy to change without the use of tools. The visor also comes Pinlock ready and includes a Pinlock MaxVision insert in the box. Surrounding the visor opening is an effective rain protection rim, channelling rain and other moisture safely out of the helmet and keeping it away from your eyes. Ensuring the sun is kept out your eyes, the Levo helmet includes a drop-down sun visor, a handy feature when riding in the ever-changing British weather.

The Caberg Levo X helmet opens using a simple button fixture found at the outer front the helmet. This button is large enough and centrally fitted, making it easy to locate and operate even when wearing thicker, winter gloves for cold weather riding. The linings of the Levo helmet are removable and washable, letting you keep that fresh, new helmet feeling for longer. The inner pads of the helmet can also be removed, allowing for the fitting of communication systems with internal speakers. Fastening this Caberg helmet is simply and hassle free, thanks to the micrometric buckle system making it easy to open and close the fastening system even with your gloves on.
