The Alpinestars Corozal Adventure Drystar boots are lightweight, high performance adventure touring boots. They're suitable for all-season and all-terrain riding, going from the open road to the dirt trail with ease. Robust and durable, the Corozal boots include extensive armour and internal protection.

The upper of the Corozal boots is technically brilliant, built using a combination of materials for maximum durability, support and protection. PU-coated leather forms the main construction, for the ultimate abrasion resistance. Breathable, durable microfibre has been used for the large flex areas. A suede heat shield on the inside calf protects the leg and grips the bike with its textured surface. Dual recessed stitching ensures that the boots stay resistant to abrasion and impact, with no snagging or tearing of the thread holding the boots together.

Alpinestars have achieved a superb level of protection, with CE certification of the Corozal Adventure Drystar boots. This means that they have passed strict cut, impact and abrasion testing, giving the rider extra peace of mind. The advanced polymer shin plate is lightweight but strong against impact, and TPU reinforces the gear change area.

Ankle protection takes the form of dual-density discs on both sides, incorporated subtly into the Corozal design to avoid too much bulk. The lateral (outer) side of the ankle is shielded by an innovative brace system, formed of several blade-links connecting the foot and the calf. This system supports the full range of natural movement, and guards against hyperflexion and hyper-extension injuries.

Beneath the upper, the Drystar® membrane works to ensure that water can't enter the Corozal boots, but that sweat and moisture can escape. This membrane is both breathable and water-resistant, keeping the feet dry and comfortable in damp or sunny weather. The interior textile lining is also breathable and draws sweat away from the feet, allowing it to escape out of the boots.

The Corozal Adventure Drystar boots offer excellent support for the foot. A high density polyamide insole supports the arch, with an integrated steel shank for structure. A moulded PU foam midsole makes the bottom of the boot lighter. The anatomical footbed is made of EVA foam and Lycra, for a close and comfortable fit. The exclusive Alpinestars rubber compound sole gives both comfort and grip, and is moulded to the boots for greater durability.

Finishing these high-tech touring boots is a new buckle system, allowing for quick and easy retention. The buckles are finely adjustable for a custom fit, and once set they remember their position. Made of durable TPU and fibreglass-reinforced Nylon, these buckles resist impact and abrasion for a longer life. If they do wear out or get damaged, they can be replaced.
