The RST Alpha 4 Trousers are entry level trousers, affordable and protective for new riders or experienced bikers on a budget. The trousers are created with a durable, high tenacity Maxtex outer which holds together the multiple components to look after you in different weather and in the event of an accident.
In wet or warm weather the Alpha 4 Trousers will protect you. The inner quilted lining is fitted so you'll always stay warm and insulated, this 75 gram layer is moderate in weight and warmth - you can stay warmer with an additional thermal layer. The breathable, waterproof sinaqua membrane ensures you stay dry whilst ensuring your skin has room to breathe, preventing the jacket from clinging as you become warm on a ride.
The trousers offer protection in the event of an off as the knees are shielded with CE approved RST Contour Plus knee armour - offering protection against impact and abrasion. The seat area is also strengthened and re-inforced to ensure longevity in an area where extensive wear and tear occurs.
To increase your visibility to other traffic in low light or at night the RST Alpha 4 Trousers are kitted out with reflective strips. Additional final touches include two outer cargo pockets for storing your belongings such as toll road change, an adjustable waist and zip leg gussets. The seams are double and triple stitched so they're strong and the likelihood of bursting is reduced, stitched using heavy duty nylon thread.
The RST Alpha 4 Trousers has a rear zip attachment for securing them to any RST Textile Jacket. Please see 'similar products' above for the RST Alpha 4 Jacket options.
