1. Delivery Terms and Conditions

1.1 Free UK Delivery

Subject to the following exceptions, Two Wheel Centre (Mansfield) Ltd ('TWC') offer free shipping on orders over £25.00.

Free UK delivery does not apply on:

  • Motor vehicles, including motorbikes, scooters, quads, buggies and electric cycles.
  • Deliveries to any offshore isle, Northern Ireland or the Highlands
  • Oversize items with an actual or dimensional weight in excess of 30kgs
  • Select products on the TWC site which, although over £25.00, are subject to small delivery charges. Such shipping charges will be clearly displayed in the applicable product descriptions. Such products include, but are not limited to, genuine parts, batteries, Vespa accessories and Stompgrip.

1.2 Failed deliveries

If your goods are returned to us due to the delivery service being unable to deliver the goods, additional shipping charges may apply in order to send the goods for a second time.

1.3 International Postage

International postage rates apply and are not subject to free delivery. Please contact us for more information on international postage.

2. Your Account

Please ensure that the details you provide us with are correct and complete. You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when purchasing.

Two Wheel Centre reserve the right to refuse access to the web site, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.

4. Access to the Two Wheel Centre web site

We will make all reasonable endeavours to ensure that availability of the web site will be uninterrupted and that transmissions will be error-free. However, due to the nature of the Internet and the World Wide Web, this cannot be guaranteed. Also, your access to the web site may also be occasionally suspended or restricted to allow for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will attempt to limit the frequency and duration of any such suspension or restriction.

5. Licence for web site access

Two Wheel Centre grant you a limited licence to access and make personal use of this web site, but not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with the express written consent of Two Wheel Centre. This licence does not include any resale or commercial use of this web site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this web site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This web site or any portion of this Web site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.

6. Our contract

When you place an order to purchase a product from Two Wheel Centre, we will send you an E-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send E-mail confirmation to you that we've dispatched that product to you. That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the confirmation of shipment to you. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed as being shipped do not form part of that contract. Payment can be made by VISA, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo or VISA Electron. Payments made by Debit or Credit card are processed at point of order at which point your card will be debited for the full amount of the order.

7. Pricing

7.1 Displayed Pricing

All prices quoted include VAT at the current rate, where applicable.

7.2 Price Variations

Some products may vary in price where optional extras are selected.

8. Stock

If for any reason, we are unable to deliver your order within 10 working days, we will contact you shortly after the order is received and acknowledged.

9. Coupons and discounts

9.1 Motor Vehicles

Any discount and/or coupon code cannot be redeemed against a motor vehicle.

9.2 Refusal of use

Two Wheel Centre reserves the right to disallow discount and/or coupon codes against certain products, retrospective to their use at the checkout. Such products include, but are not exclusive to, products already discounted and products with promotions applicable to them.

10. Electronic communications

When you visit the Two Wheel Centre website or send E-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We often communicate with you by E-mail or by posting notices on the web site. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

11. Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions

We reserve the right to make changes to our web site, policies, and these conditions of use at any time. You will be subject to the policies and conditions of use in force at the time that you use the web site or that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

12. Events beyond our reasonable control

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control. If we are unable to fulfill your order within 30 days we will give you the choice to either cancel your order or wait for us to fulfill your order. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

13. Waiver

If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, England and Wales. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Scottish courts.

16. Your Right To Cancel

In the event that you wish to cancel your order, you may do so by sending a letter to our postal address or by contacting us.

17. Returns, exchanges and incorrect orders.

17.1 Returning an item for refund.

We hope you will be happy with the products you have purchased from Two Wheel Centre. However, in the event that you feel it is necessary to return the goods, please notify us immediately and then return items to us within 7 days (unworn/unused/unfitted) with your order number and reason for return. Any original product packaging must be intact and in good condition. You will need to pay the postage costs for returning the goods back to us. When returning goods via the post office, we recommend you use Recorded delivery.

On receiving the returned product(s), you will be refunded for the product(s) in full subject to it/them being unworn/unused/unfitted and returned complete with the original packaging still intact. Any postage costs paid by you for the original delivery of the product(s) will not be refunded.

In the event that you return for a refund a product which was originally ordered subject to an offer (e.g. buy Item (a) and receive Item (b) free/half price), both items must be returned. Please note due to the nature of the goods we cannot accept electrical items back once despatched.

17.2 Exchanging an item.

We will gladly exchange products for different sizes, colours or products, though any variation between the products' prices must be paid by you.

We will never surcharge you for an exchange, provided that the items are unworn/unused/unfitted and any original product packaging is still intact and in good condition.

There are three options for exchanging a product:

  1. A courier swap: Contact us and we will arrange for our courier, DPD, to collect the original product(s) and deliver the new product(s) at the same time. This can be arranged for a date, time and address to suit. There is a subsidised charge of £10.00 for this service (UK mainland addresses only).
  2. Post the item back to us for exchange: You can return the item for exchange through the post. This will be at your expense and a Recorded delivery service must be used. Please notify us in advance of your wish to exchange the item, and be sure to enclose a note outlining what product/size/colour you would like to exchange for. The cost of sending the new item out will be borne by Two Wheel Centre, provided the delivery address in classed as UK mainland with DPD. If the address is not classed as UK mainland with DPD, there will be an additional postage charge for dispatching the replacement item.
  3. Come into store: You can bring the item into our store. However, please do check before you travel that your replacement item is available for collection, and do bear in mind our opening hours.

In the event that you wish to exchange a product that was the subject of an offer (for instance, buy Item (a) and get Item (b) free/half price) and the same promotion does not apply to the replacement product, both the original products must be returned.

17.3 Orders received incorrectly.

In the unlikely event that we have dispatched an order incorrectly, we will exchange for the correct item(s) upon the return of the incorrect item(s). All postage costs will be absorbed by Two Wheel Centre.

Should we arrange a collection of a parcel on your behalf, a courier will arrive to collect the parcel/s from you at a pre-arranged time and location. Any product(s) returned to us by any method must be packaged in their original/or new packaging. Please avoid sticking labels onto the products or product packaging directly (helmet/boot boxes etc) as this could result in your refund being refused. We reserve the right to apply surcharges or refuse refunds should items be returned without original labels/packaging or should the items be returned in less than new condition.

17.4 Failed deliveries or collections.

In the unfortunate event that we arrange a collection or delivery, to be made by our post or courier service, and it is unsuccessful (for instance, due the courier being unable to contact you), you may be required to pay an additional cost in order for the service to be repeated.

18. Deliveries

18.1 Delivery services

All Items are delivered via Royal Mail First Class, Recorded, or through a courier service of our choice. The majority of deliveries will need to be signed for. When placing an order there will be an option to choose a different delivery address from your billing address, if preferred.

18.2 Delivery times

Delivery times are usually 2-3 working days from order (stock products). Special orders can take up to 28 days. You will be contacted if there is going to be a further delay with your order. If you haven’t received an order after 2 weeks then please contact us to let us know.

18.3 Damaged goods

If your parcel arrives damaged please report it to us immediately. You should also report any damaged parcels to the carrier at the time of receipt. We are unable to issue a refund for any damaged product, or carriage charges for that product, if both of these procedures have not been followed.

19. Product descriptions

19.1 Inaccuracies

Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that our product titles and descriptions are accurate, we do not accept liability for errors in descriptions or titles.

19.2 Image accuracy

We only use stock images supplied by the product manufacturers (with the exception of used motorcycles). We do not accept liability for images shown with inaccuracies. This includes, but is not exclusive to: dark visors displayed on helmets; limited edition race replica lids with sponsors' badging; and accuracy of colours.
