Thinking of buying your Taylormade Exhaust from the USA? This is not necessarily the best idea. You might want to read this beforehand.

The first full system from Taylormade Exhausts, and full of innovation, is the GSXR600 / GSXR750 (K8/K9/L0).

The headers are ultra thin wall (and ultra lightweight at only 4lbs) stainless steel. The weight saving on the headers alone is comparable to the weight saving achieved with titanium headers.

For improved heat management and increased good looks, the headers are treated with Taylormade's 'Cool Ceramic' technology. This gives the headers a stealthy, matt black coated finish that really is quite unique.

These sleek headers are truly complimented by Taylormade's speciality - their signature underbelly muffler. This compact muffler mounts onto the headers as you would expect, and exits via a stubby pipe that fits beautifully flush to the fairing.

The sound produced is a throaty and powerful note, as intended.

The Taylormade Exhaust kit is enhanced further with the addition of a bike specific real carbon fibre trim. A truly agile, aerodynamic look that will recreate the way your bike meets the eye.

Installation is straightforward. The kit is supplied with detailed instructions and all mounting hardware. No irreversable modifications are made, and the bike can be returned to standard if needs be.

It is recommended that you fit a pre mapped Power Commander, to optimise throttle response and performance with the GSXR. A pre mapped Power Commander is supplied when selected from the options above.

This Taylormade Exhaust kit is available as 'race' exhaust with an option of carbon fibre or black trim. The carbon trim supplied is real carbon fibre. All trim pieces are solid carbon with a natural lightweight race finish. Pieces will not discolor if left natural but if you're building a show bike, you may wish to paint or clearcoat pieces for a custom finish. The black trim option is fibreglass with a satin finish gel coat, which can be painted or left untreated.

Exhausts are also available without trim for those running race bodywork.
